We want you to feel at ease when shopping with Wellness and Sage.

Returns & Exchanges

You may return or exchange products within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened essential oils, teas, or other personal-use wellness items cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Defective or damaged products
If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@wellnessandsage.se. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
